So, how does it actually work? It all functions mainly from a “Requests” page once you’ve logged in.

Let’s break it down in an example. Say you wanted to buy a new pair of sneakers for trail running, but never had the time to do the research and find the best deal. Easy! We’ll do all the nitty-gritty, you just have to tell us some basics – (in this case) shoe size, ideal colour way/design, price range, quality and delivery time. One of our team members will get back to you shortly with some suggestions, follow-up questions or let you know they’re on their way!*

Before you know it, and after some free-time-fun, there’s a package at the door and you’re all the better for it!
